It does great food, the staff are cool and is hiker, climber and mountainbiker friendly :o) We use this pub during our epic days out in the mountains. The food is great and staff are cool. If you are looking for good value accomodation within 2 miles of the Limestone Crags, on the doorstep of quality bike routes (including the private bike/ hiker dedicated Llandegla Forest) and want a pub where you can pass out at the end of an energetic day then look no further. You can just chill without a care in the world, it is quiet, relaxed and full of character (and they do a mean pint of Fosters)..
